At the top of the list, there are mineral water, hot water with lemon, green tea, fruit or plants. Against thirst, drinks with caffeine such as coffee or cola should be avoided. They further increase the speed of the heartbeat. The most important thing after a drunken party is a lunch (dinner?) Rich in vitamins and minerals against dehydration and loss of blood electrolytes. For the more energetic, the good old "rollmops" Dutch is one of the most effective ways to regain a taste for life after abuse. For those who have a strong stomach, a bread with tomato or radish is perfect as an accompaniment, like an omelette with bacon.
